How To Order Teeshirts

Here’s how to order printed teeshirts from us- dont forget, we also do Sweats, Hoodies, polos etc, just let us know what it is you need!

Email or Phone Us

The first step is always to gert in touch, and let us know what you need, and when you need it- if you can send us artwork at this stage, thats always helpful so we can send over a quote

Artwork files: These should be either Photoshop or AI files, or Tiff, jpeg, PDF etc- please provide files at 300DPI at finished print size- HOWEVER! if this all sounds like techno-waffle to you- simply send us what you have on file- we’ll let you know if it has problems or is not suitable- we are also able to “clean up” low resolution files, and can often get a high-quality result from a poor resolution file- The main thing you should know is that we will never print from a file that wont give good results- so theres no need to worry!

Print Sizes

Our maximum print size for teeshirt printing is 365mm wide x 440mm deep for multicolour, and slightly larger at 365mm x 490mm deep for single colour jobs.

Dont forgert, if youre doing hoods & teeshirts, you’ll need the artwork to be smaller for the hoodies so it fits above the kangaroo-pocket.

Sleeve prints are max width at 85mm wide.

We carry all the usual brands, Gildan, Awdis, Fruit, B&C to name but a few, as well as the more retail oriented brands such as Continental, Bella & Canvas, Russell etc. Again, if choosing garments is a minefield for you, just give us a call or email and let us know what you’re looking for and we can advise you.

Payment & Turnaround

Once youve placed your order (use this handy order-form, or just email us the requirements along with the due date, delivery address and any special instructions) you will receive an invoice with BACS details for payment, as well as a PDF preview showing the printed teeshirt with colour refs, print size etc. Just let us know once youve made payment (Credit terms are available for business customers, just ask for details) and that the preview is correct, and most jobs are out for next day delivery within 5/7 working days

Need Them In A Hurry?

That’s OK, just ask! we can often meet very tight deadlines, so let us know if you’re in a tight spot!

All our customers orders & artwork are stored indefinitely and are always available- because screenprinting is a process requiring set-up time, its not generaslly possible to reorder less than 10 garments on single colour jobs, and on 2/3 colour jobs you’ll need to reorder at least 30 garments- lower quantities will generally be charged at a slightly higher rate to reflect the time taken to set the job up again.

Phantom Screen Print

Teeshirt printing is always a custom job, and what is best for our customers depends so much on what they are trying to achieve

The artwork, the shirt type, colour and material, position, size- you name it, every element of your job needs careful consideration to ensure you get the best result.
